AJ's Search & Rescue is a foster based rescue, without foster homes a rescue cannot thrive. Fostering is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. 

 

Our foster homes provide a temporary home for homeless, abandoned and shelter dogs and cats until they are ready to be adopted. Some of these pets will need help with basic manners, some may need a special person to show them love, others will require a little more, but most just need a couch to crash on so they are not living their lives in a shelter. As a foster parent you will get to see how the dog/cat reacts with every day living and work with them to get them prepared for their adopters. The rescue will provide all supplies you will need, along with vetting and training tips. You just need to provide a loving home while they wait to be adopted. 

 

While it is hard to say goodbye to your foster pet, it's a great feeling knowing that you were apart of saving them, showing them love and finding their fur-ever home. Opening your home to a foster pet saves lives. If you are interested in becoming a foster parent please send us a message.
